Sample letter format to bank to cancel Demand Draft

Sometimes, it happens that Demand Draft you given to other persons are not accepted or not used. So so the money bearing in the demand draft should be refunded to you. In such case, you are required to write a formal letter to your bank manager to cancel your DD and deposit the money in your account.
